The older lady at the entrance might be good to stock up the shelves but certainly not to be the first person one meets before enter the store. I don't know how to explain her appearance and attitude rather then rude. Management should consider to try to put some smiles on their staff faces as there is so meny wholesalers in the town and people like to go to places where they feel comfortable and welcome, which is not case with this store at all!

Bookers everywhere have a habit of discontinuing some items, it put me as a business in a bad position when I had to tell customers that I can’t get certain items any more, pull ur fingers out bookers and stop doing this to businesses... Terrible customer service...
